I am a professional freelance translator with an experience of more than seven years. Hindi and Bengali are my mother tongue languages and I work in English<>Hindi and English<>Bengali (both ways).
I hold a First Class BA(Hons) Degree from Calcutta University, one of the most famous and renowned Universities of India. I hold a fantastic competence over these languages and keep up to date with all the new terminology being introduced.
Educated in India and settled abroad, I strike a perfect balance between expertise of the language and subject matter as well as the subtle nuances, undersatanding and sensitivities of my target audience based both in India and Abroad.
Besides being my native languages I have studied Hindi and Bengali at an advanced level and published short stories and essays in my school and college magazines. I have also won a lot of prizes in these languages during my academic days. I was also the editor of my school and college magazines.
Translations is not only my profession but it is my passion too! I am never satisfied until I find the perfect word and the perfect translation!
